Helena Teixeira/Azores and Brazil Genealogy

I am researchimg my ancestors from the Azores and I just found out today that one of them was a noble lady named Helena Teixeira of Brazil. I don't know very much about Brazil genealogy. Her husband was Joao Gomes Mendes. They had a son named Francisco Xavier Gomes who had son called Gil Gago Da Camara who was born in a place called Cananea Sao Batista Brazil in 1787. Gil was married to a woman named Branca Guilhermina do Canto Medeiros. If you can provide any information at all about Helena Teixera or this family, I would be very grateful.
