Can anybody give me information to find my ancestors in Spain/Portugal. They arrived about 1720 in Amsterdam. Also a number arrived in London at the same time period. One of them came from Malaga. But I am looking where the family lived in spain

You are writing to a Portuguese forum.
May be you know that Portugal is a country, nine centuries ago.
Malaga is not in Portugal !! Malaga is in Spain (another country)!
In second place, without any name, nobody can help you.

I only saw your message today, but I am very interested in this subject you mention.

You speak of people from Spain and Portugal moving to London and Amsterdam around 1720. I am almost sure that you are speaking of people of Jewish ancestry who were having problems with the Inquisition - am I correct? Can you give us any names? I may have some relevant information for you.
